About the Virtual Catering Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Catering Assistant to join our team at Vets Hired. As a key member of our support team, you will provide administrative assistance to our management team, manage catering calendars, and ensure seamless communication between vendors and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling and booking couriers for events
  • Manage and maintain catering calendars, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with communication between vendors and clients, resolving issues as they arise
  • Utilize software such as Google Calendar, Dialpad, and online portals for vendors to streamline tasks and improve efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring a positive experience
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Proficiency in GSuite, with experience using Google Calendar and other productivity tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors
  • Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.

Work Arrangements

This is a part-time position with work hours between 8-12pm PST (hours may vary slightly). The ideal candidate will be able to commit to a regular schedule and work independently with minimal supervision.
