Key Responsibilities:- Event Management: Oversee the preparation and dismantling of events, ensuring all elements align with the banquet event order and client specifications.
- Team Leadership: Assign and oversee tasks to guarantee efficient service delivery. Monitor team attendance, coordinate breaks, and assess performance.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their requests are fulfilled and any issues are addressed swiftly.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in service areas. Review setups for adherence to specified requirements.
