Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client events, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-manage client events with Sales Managers, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in on-site event management preparation and supervision, ensuring a smooth and successful event.
  • Package client appreciation gifts and order linens and rentals for events as needed.
  • Design and print menu signs and cards, and input new leads into CaterXpert as requested.
  • Schedule follow-up tasks in CaterXpert and manage the conference room and tasting room, including setting up and restocking equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure guest parking is available and unlock bathrooms and check they are ready for guests.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage all general administrative tasks, including answering inbound calls and managing incoming parcels and mail.
  • Print sales and marketing materials as requested by Sales Managers.
  • Print and distribute WAM event files and packets as needed.
  • Address and send BTS holiday cards annually.
  • CaterXpert data entry and maintenance, including menus and pricing.
Special Projects
  • Assist with special large-scale projects, including administrative tasks, client service tasks, and on-site event management.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of job duties and functions, with ability to adapt to changing demands.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow resulting in efficient and accurate results.
  • Self-starter with ability to take a project from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge and proven experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of sales preferred but not required.
Work Schedule & Compensation

This position may require working on weekends, holidays, and after standard business hours as needed. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes paid time off, medical benefits, phone stipend, and a delicious lunch prepared in-house daily by our culinary experts.
