Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Catering Intern. As a key member of our sales and catering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to catering orders, including creating proposals and contracts for clients, and typing correspondence, memos, and meeting minutes.
  • Scheduling: Enter reservations and accounts into systems, and schedule meetings.
  • Event Preparation: Create banquet event orders with event details, and update and redesign menus. You may also create signage, readerboard, and advertisement flyers for events.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the catering order database and client contact information.
  • Other Duties: Prepare invoices, quotes, and other documents related to catering services.
