Company Overview:

We are currently in search of a motivated and results-oriented sales professional to oversee sales and business development in the designated region, which includes Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance end-user sales through various distribution channels.
  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities, converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • Showcase products to end users, highlighting the economic benefits of improved performance, safety, and quality.
  • Maintain and regularly update sales leads to monitor progress effectively.
  • Manage relationships with end-users and distributors, ensuring high-quality follow-up to meet territory growth targets.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time; a valid driver's license and access to transportation are essential.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in an industrial environment.
  • Current knowledge of industrial distribution practices and market trends.
  • Familiarity with welding, metal fabrication, woodworking, and power tools is advantageous.
  • A military background is considered a plus.
