Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of DEMDACO product lines within the assigned territory.
- Engage in prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining relationships with retail partners.
- Meet and exceed territory revenue targets as established by management.
- Conduct a minimum of 8 in-person sales meetings weekly and process 10 orders from different retailers.
- Manage account planning and forecasting effectively.
- Utilize technology tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Participate in trade shows and sales meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the gift industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including needs assessment and contract negotiation.
- Ability to create innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales technology tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
