Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of DEMDACO product lines within the assigned territory.
  • Engage in prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining relationships with retail partners.
  • Meet and exceed territory revenue targets as established by management.
  • Conduct a minimum of 8 in-person sales meetings weekly and process 10 orders from different retailers.
  • Manage account planning and forecasting effectively.
  • Utilize technology tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in trade shows and sales meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the gift industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including needs assessment and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to create innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales technology tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
