Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Source Inspector to join our team at Trigo ADR Americas. As a Mechanical Source Inspector, you will be responsible for performing inspection operations of in-process or completed hardware, including dimensional and visual inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dimensional and visual inspection of aerospace machined components
  • Verify FAI's to AS9102 for accuracy and completeness
  • Use hand tools and gaging techniques to inspect products
  • Interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues
  • Develop and implement quality inspection processes
  • Conduct final inspection and receiving inspection

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as a quality inspector, technician, or engineer
  • 3+ years' experience in an aerospace manufacturing facility
  • Knowledge of CMM Inspection process
  • Knowledge and experience in GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
  • Knowledge and experience with blueprint interpretation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detail oriented

  • Participate in assigned physical activities, including light lifting and sitting for prolonged periods
  • Use hands or fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
