Drive Revenue Growth with PayJunction
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Enablement Director to join our team at PayJunction. This role is crucial in driving alignment between sales and marketing by building and optimizing enablement processes, tools, and resources.
About the Role
- Develop and manage sales onboarding programs to ensure new hires achieve competency benchmarks within their first 30 days.
- Design and implement ongoing training programs, offering new learning opportunities quarterly, to enhance the skills of our revenue teams.
- Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook, ensuring full adoption and consistent use by the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to align sales enablement content with go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
- Measure and track the impact of enablement initiatives on revenue performance, aiming to improve sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement tools and processes to streamline sales workflows, reduce sales cycle time, and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions with sales reps, focusing on performance improvement and skill development.
- Lead initiatives to increase sales team engagement with enablement materials, and monitor content retention and effectiveness through assessments.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing through workshops, discussions, and best practice sessions.
- Advocate for the sales team, ensuring alignment between their needs and the broader company objectives.
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or revenue enablement at a B2B company, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful enablement programs.
- Experience in payment processing industry is required, with familiarity in payment systems, merchants, and ISVs.
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing sales enablement materials such as playbooks, training guides, and onboarding programs.
- Proficient with revenue tools such as Salesforce and Outreach (2-3 years of experience preferred). Familiarity with platforms like ZoomInfo, Chorus, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience with Sales Enablement Platforms (e.g., SalesHood, Highspot, Seismic) to manage content and sales resources.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform enablement strategies, and experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau).

Salary Range
$110,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on factors including education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
