Clinical Liaison Manager Position at VNA Health
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Liaison Manager to join our team at VNA Health. As a key member of our organization, this individual will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining positive, productive relationships with current and potential referral sources, promoting services, and growing business. This position requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent observation and verbal/written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare clinicians and referral sources to develop a home plan of care. Job Requirements:
  • Current and active California license as a RN or LVN.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with current and potential referral sources.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote services and grow business.
  • Demonstrated excellent observation and verbal/written communication, public relations, and team skills.
  • Ability to work with other healthcare clinicians and referral sources in the development of a home plan of care.
  • Minimum one year experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Understanding and experience in home care and hospice regulations and insurance benefit and eligibility highly desired.
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Licensed driver with insured automobile – in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish, preferred, not required.
