Executive Retirement Plans Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Plan Administrator and Executive Benefits Coordinator to join our team at LifeBridge Health.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working in the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the 403(b), 401(k), and 457(b) retirement plans throughout LifeBridge Health, as well as supporting the ongoing Executive Benefit plans by partnering with vendors, the finance department, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Administer the 403(b), 401(k), and 457(b) retirement plans for LifeBridge Health, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with regulations.
  • Partner with Information Services, HRIS, and service providers to ensure the efficient administration of all retirement plans.
  • Reconcile weekly deduction files from the payroll system and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate virtual and onsite visits for service providers, and assist site HR and plan participants with complex retirement plan issues.
  • Work with internal and external partners to complete annual required plan audits, and perform other responsibilities as required.
Benefits and Requirements
  • A basic professional knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree, with a working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related field.

The estimated salary range for this position is $29.86-$44.79 per hour. We strive to provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
