We are seeking an experienced Retirement Benefits Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the 403(b), 401(k), and 457(b) retirement plans throughout LifeBridge Health.
You will partner with vendors, LifeBridge Health finance department, and senior leadership to support the ongoing Executive Benefit plans. Your liaison skills will enable you to work closely with Shared Services and site Human Resources to provide program information and respond to employee inquiries.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of retirement programs and benefits administration. You will be responsible for reconciling weekly deduction files from payroll systems, researching any variances, and coordinating virtual and onsite visits for service providers.
You will also assist site HR and plan participants with complex retirement plan issues and work with internal and external partners to complete annual required plan audits.
The ideal candidate will possess a basic professional knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
