Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Managing all incoming communications, directing calls to the relevant personnel or department, and addressing inquiries whenever feasible.
  • Opening the facility and retrieving general voicemail messages received outside of business hours, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Welcoming visitors, assessing the purpose of their visit, and notifying the relevant individuals or departments.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, date-stamping, and delivering correspondence as necessary.
  • Assisting in the organization and preparation of meetings, including scheduling conference rooms.
  • Executing general data entry tasks as required.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system and ensuring all correspondence is properly filed.
  • Overseeing and replenishing office supply inventory as needed.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • A minimum of six months of experience in a receptionist or general clerical role, engaging with the public via telephone and in person; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Preferred experience with a multi-line telephone system and managing a high volume of calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in operating computers and standard office equipment.
  • Familiarity with basic office procedures.
  • Competence in using MS Office applications.

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
