Position Summary: We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fulfill the role of Administrative Support Specialist in our vibrant physical therapy office. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to voicemails
- Schedule appointments for new patients and follow-ups
- Ensure patient records are accurately maintained
- Contribute to team objectives by completing tasks efficiently
- Assist with the check-in process for new patients
- Handle payment collections
- Confirm appointments for patients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
