Collaborate with your team to create new landscapes and manage existing ones, all while engaging with clients and utilizing your strong customer service skills to ensure their satisfaction.

Wasmer Brothers Landscaping is a reputable landscape installation firm specializing in custom design and construction. We are a growing small business with over a decade of experience, serving the northwest region of metro Detroit.

We are currently looking for both Landscape Crew Leaders and Team Members for full-time positions. You will collaborate with fellow crew members to execute landscape designs.

Responsibilities for Team Members:

  • Design and create outdoor living spaces.
  • Execute unique and tailored landscaping designs.
  • Enjoy the process of creating distinctive projects.
  • Enhance the lives of clients by developing new outdoor spaces.
  • Coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Uphold high standards of craftsmanship in line with original designs and specifications.
  • Contribute to the company's growth and help us achieve new milestones.

In addition to the above, Team Leaders will:

  • Have the authority and responsibility to lead their team and foster a positive work atmosphere.
  • Oversee all facets of landscape construction projects regarding execution.
  • Work alongside crew members and inspire them to meet deadlines with quality results.
  • Allocate resources effectively for assigned projects.
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for outdoor work and hands-on tasks. Previous professional landscaping experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrate pride, responsibility, and accountability in your work.
  • Possess excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and dedication.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and hold a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: Multiple Locations
