Position Summary

In this vital role, you will acquire essential skills while assisting our Construction Project Managers and/or Superintendents, contributing significantly to the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks as assigned by the Project Superintendent to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Primary duty involves maintaining cleanliness and organization at job sites, ensuring they are noticeably improved. This includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of debris properly.
  • Ensure a safe and tidy work environment by properly handling and storing materials, picking up and securing tools and equipment when not in use, and locking down the job site at the end of the day.
  • Perform physical labor tasks such as moving materials, demolition, excavation, temporary protection, and painting.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including drills and saws, safely and effectively.
  • Adhere to all job site safety protocols and promptly report any safety violations to the Project Superintendent.
  • Maintain company equipment in a clean and operational state.
  • With a valid driver's license and in accordance with company policy, operate company vehicles to transport materials and equipment as directed.
  • Assist trade contractors as necessary.
  • Present yourself and our company positively and be helpful at all times.

Qualifications/Certification Requirements
  • OSHA 10 Certification is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Capability to safely operate hand and power tools.
