We are in search of a Project Manager to become an integral part of our team for a significant construction initiative. The selected candidate will oversee project management and provide leadership throughout all stages of construction endeavors.

  • Direct design and project management efforts for both new construction and renovation assignments.
  • Oversee a project team and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
  • Compile and deliver project status updates and documentation.
  • Supervise project timelines and ensure quality standards on-site.
  • Facilitate client communications, design alterations, and project oversight.
  • Record and monitor project activities and action items.
  • Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in Construction Management or Project Management.
  • Proven experience with intricate renovation projects across various sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Exceptional communication and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and industry-standard software.
