Position Overview
As a Construction Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our client's project management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals for various construction projects.
- Compiling lists of potential bidders for projects that have been thoroughly scoped and evaluated.
- Proactively pursuing bidding opportunities with timely follow-ups and maintaining awareness of project developments.
- Providing assistance to clients regarding project specifications and product inquiries.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in the construction or property management field.
- Familiarity with conceptual estimating techniques.
- Experience with ground-up construction projects.
