Role Overview:
This is a full-time position that may require occasional weekend and evening hours.
Initial training will be conducted on-site, followed by remote work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment processes for clinical trial participants.
- Develop and maintain databases related to volunteer information.
- Support clinical studies by preparing recruitment-related documentation.
- Ensure the confidentiality and proper management of volunteer records.
Primary Duties:
- Maintain and update participant databases.
- Explore innovative strategies for volunteer recruitment.
- Engage with potential volunteers and address their inquiries.
- Conduct recruitment and screening processes.
- Provide assistance to internal clinical research teams.
- Establish and manage communication channels with participants.
- Support various clinical trial activities.
- Document participant involvement and study-related data.
- Participate in outreach initiatives.
- Contribute to social media management efforts.
- Ensure the integrity of data collection processes.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse or a related field is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards.
- Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
Work Schedule:
- Shifts may vary.
- Availability for all shifts is required.
- Typical hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
This position is a contract role with Pfizer, facilitated through a third-party payrolling partner.
