Role Overview:

This is a full-time position that may require occasional weekend and evening hours.

Initial training will be conducted on-site, followed by remote work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment processes for clinical trial participants.
  • Develop and maintain databases related to volunteer information.
  • Support clinical studies by preparing recruitment-related documentation.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and proper management of volunteer records.

Primary Duties:

  • Maintain and update participant databases.
  • Explore innovative strategies for volunteer recruitment.
  • Engage with potential volunteers and address their inquiries.
  • Conduct recruitment and screening processes.
  • Provide assistance to internal clinical research teams.
  • Establish and manage communication channels with participants.
  • Support various clinical trial activities.
  • Document participant involvement and study-related data.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives.
  • Contribute to social media management efforts.
  • Ensure the integrity of data collection processes.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse or a related field is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards.
  • Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts may vary.
  • Availability for all shifts is required.
  • Typical hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

This position is a contract role with Pfizer, facilitated through a third-party payrolling partner.
