Job Overview

Role Summary:

The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain customer accounts by accurately documenting account details.
  • Address product or service inquiries by clarifying customer concerns, identifying the root cause, and providing suitable solutions while ensuring follow-up for complete resolution.
  • Oversee financial accounts by processing necessary adjustments for customers.
  • Advise management on potential products or services by gathering and analyzing customer data.
  • Compile reports on product or service performance by collecting and interpreting customer feedback.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related outcomes as required.
  • Handle a significant volume of incoming calls efficiently.
  • Generate leads for sales opportunities.
  • Assess and identify customer needs to enhance satisfaction.
  • Foster enduring relationships built on trust through open and engaging communication.
  • Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information utilizing appropriate methods and tools.
  • Meet individual and team sales goals and call handling metrics.
  • Manage complaints by providing effective solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes, ensuring follow-up for resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documentation.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise.
  • Strong negotiation skills and market awareness, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, along with active listening skills.
  • Exhibit patience, a positive demeanor, attention to detail, and a people-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in handling phone interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to various personality types.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and email communication.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
