Key Responsibilities- Groundskeeping and Landscaping: Maintain the exterior appearance of our property, including lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and repairs to ensure the integrity of our building's structure, including windows, doors, and walls.
- Painting and Coatings: Apply fresh coats of paint to structures as needed to maintain a professional appearance.
- Plumbing and Water Systems: Identify and repair leaks, and perform routine maintenance to prevent water damage and ensure proper water flow.
- Preventative Maintenance: Implement measures to reduce the risk of future problems and ensure the longevity of our facilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a related field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
