Position Overview:

The Fleet Leasing Specialist will be responsible for strategizing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives for our leasing and rental services.

Primary Duties:

  • Identify and pursue potential leads within the assigned territory
  • Engage with prospective clients through various outreach methods, including email marketing, telephonic communication, networking, and direct outreach
  • Establish and grow new truck leasing contracts in the designated region
  • Offer tailored recommendations and specifications to potential clients
  • Prepare and present sales proposals for a range of offerings, including rental services, full-service leasing, and maintenance agreements
  • Ensure continuous customer support for assigned accounts
  • Complete required documentation and reports for management
  • Frequent local travel is a necessity
  • Finalize leasing agreements and oversee all related paperwork
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience in truck rental and leasing sales
  • Proficient in initiating cold calls for business development
  • Resourceful, target-oriented, and driven by results
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with effective time management and analytical capabilities
  • Familiarity with heavy-duty truck specifications and standards is a plus
  • Understanding of the administrative and service elements of Full-Service Leasing
  • Competent in using Excel and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented, organized, ambitious, and a collaborative team member
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic and readiness to work extra hours when necessary

Work Environment:

This position involves the use of standard office equipment and requires considerable local travel.

50% Office-based
