Surveillance Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Operations Specialist to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Surveillance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring all casino activities on the casino floor and supporting areas, identifying and reporting suspicious behavior, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor casino floor and supporting areas for suspicious activity and notify appropriate personnel
- Record and report on violations of internal controls and criminal behavior
- Maintain and update accurate reports and daily logs of all surveillance and casino activity
- Review taped incidents to identify gaming problems
- Perform routine maintenance of surveillance equipment
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning equipment
- Setup and maintain control standards book, alert files, and other departmental documentation
- Utilize PC, radio communication equipment, VCR, camera, and other surveillance equipment
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in surveillance or a related field
- Must be 21 years of age
