JOB TITLE: Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to take on the role of Manager for Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management. In this position, you will oversee a team of dedicated IT specialists and leverage your knowledge to enhance our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of junior IT personnel.
  • Develop and propose initiatives for IT infrastructure enhancements.
  • Assist in formulating the annual IT budget.
  • Manage various Microsoft platform services.
  • Implement and oversee Identity and Access Management systems.
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team to manage network security protocols.
  • Direct IT Disaster Recovery planning efforts.
  • Maintain high-availability clusters using VMware technology.
  • Design and sustain network services and infrastructure.
  • Ensure effective backup and archiving processes are in place.
  • Work with vendors to address configuration and support challenges.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Help Desk inquiries.
  • Plan for system utilization and conduct growth assessments.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues within networks, systems, and applications.
  • Create operational procedures and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.
  • Assume greater responsibilities with experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in server-class hardware and software support.
  • Experience in personnel management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and related products.
  • Strong skills in coordination and collaboration.
  • Experience in root cause analysis.
  • Project planning and management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, technical, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
