Job Overview

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a prominent strategic services provider specializing in IT and service solutions for both commercial and governmental sectors, is seeking a full-time Infrastructure Operations Manager (Tier II).

The Infrastructure Operations Manager role requires a hands-on approach, emphasizing advanced troubleshooting capabilities to guide technical team members, implement industry-leading practices, and ensure a least-privileged access framework.

ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE PREFERRED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee system and network performance metrics
  • Diagnose systems/network challenges, determine root causes, and implement corrective measures
  • Manage Windows Active Directory, Group Policies, and Certificate Services
  • Administer Azure Active Directory services
  • Oversee Intune Mobile Device Management
  • Facilitate Citrix and remote access solutions
  • Supervise Multi-factor authentication, Single-Sign-On, and Smart Card services
  • Manage PIV card certificate and credential mapping for personnel
  • Handle Network Attached Storage and shared network resources
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Engage in Business Continuation/Disaster Recovery planning and testing
  • Conduct system maintenance tasks including backups, event log reviews, and compliance audits
  • Document all actions and processes meticulously

Experience Requirements:

  • Coordinate and oversee various technical support initiatives
  • Assess the impact of new information technology systems
  • Manage the private PKI infrastructure
  • Develop secure automated solutions utilizing scripting languages
  • Provide lifecycle management for supported systems
  • Create automated deployment packages for workstations and servers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT
  • Two of the following IT certifications are required
  • Quality Certification such as ITIL
  • Active Security Clearance
