Are you a seasoned IT professional seeking a new opportunity? As the Manager of Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management, you will oversee a skilled team and leverage your knowledge to enhance our IT framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of junior IT staff members.
- Propose and plan initiatives for IT infrastructure enhancements.
- Assist in the formulation of the annual IT budget.
- Manage various Microsoft platform services.
- Implement and oversee Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Collaborate with the Information Security team to manage network security protocols.
- Direct IT Disaster Recovery planning efforts.
- Maintain high-availability clusters using VMware technology.
- Design and sustain network services and infrastructure.
- Ensure the effective execution of backup and archiving strategies.
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot configuration and support challenges.
- Serve as an escalation point for Help Desk inquiries.
- Analyze system utilization and conduct growth assessments.
- Diagnose and rectify issues in networks, systems, and applications.
- Create operational procedures and documentation.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
- Assume greater responsibilities with accumulated experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in server-class hardware and software support.
- Experience in personnel management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and related products.
- Strong skills in coordination and collaboration.
- Experience in root cause analysis.
- Skills in project planning and management.
- Demonstrated leadership, technical, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
