Job Summary

ProSphere is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead multiple Federal government projects on behalf of a Government customer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure-related projects, including system engineering, infrastructure operations, and cloud migration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure project deliverables are met
  • Supervise project teams and ensure adherence to project management methodologies
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on IT infrastructure and operations
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Familiarity with agile project management practices
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal public trust/security clearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
