About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Growth to join our team at Darkroom Studios. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated growth strategies that drive millions in yearly growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives, including paid social, retention marketing, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored growth solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in paid social marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in e-commerce paid social marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
