Job Title: Director - Business Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and quantitatively minded creative thinker to join our team as a Director - Business Growth. As a key member of our Eyebuydirect team, you will be responsible for leading top-of-funnel programs and contributing to the success of our rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CEO in developing business growth strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance and group functions to oversee budget planning.
  • Review and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance data from various marketing channels, generating insights and action plans to improve performance.
  • Execute plans and track progress through close collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Work with our group on Merchandising, Creative Hub, Ecom Operations, and Partner teams for necessary projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business, or a data-related field.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience managing search marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing sizable and growing marketing databases.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of at least 1-2 direct reports.
  • Data analysis skills, including mathematical and analytical background, data visualization, and presentation skills.
  • Digital expertise in paid search, shopping, and display marketing.
  • Platform expertise in Google's ad formats, including Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Certified in Google Analytics, Google Shopping, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, and ComScore.
