Business Growth Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and quantitatively minded creative thinker to join our team as a Director - Business Growth. As a key member of our Eyebuydirect team, you will be responsible for leading top-of-funnel programs and contributing to the success of our rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the CEO in developing business growth strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Collaborate with Finance and group functions to oversee budget planning.
- Review and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance data from various marketing channels, generating insights and action plans to improve performance.
- Execute plans and track progress through close collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Work with our group on Merchandising, Creative Hub, Ecom Operations, and Partner teams for necessary projects.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business, or a data-related field.
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience managing search marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing sizable and growing marketing databases.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of at least 1-2 direct reports.
- Data analysis skills, including mathematical and analytical background, data visualization, and presentation skills.
- Digital expertise in paid search, shopping, and display marketing.
- Platform expertise in Google's ad formats, including Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
- Google Certified in Google Analytics, Google Shopping, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, and ComScore.
EssilorLuxottica offers a competitive salary range of $151,000 to $710,400, plus a bonus and commission plan. Benefits include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
