Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our guests.

Your primary responsibilities will include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and support to ensure a memorable dining experience
  • Assist with food and beverage operations, including setting tables and replenishing supplies
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
