Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
  • Assist with managing menu items, including reading and visually verifying information.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification required.
