Remote Conflicts Analyst
LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a Remote Conflicts Analyst to enhance our client's esteemed legal team. This position plays a vital role in upholding the highest ethical standards within the law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive conflict assessments on new clients, cases, and lateral hires utilizing electronic and online databases.
  • Evaluate potential conflicts and effectively communicate findings along with recommended solutions.
  • Oversee new matter documentation and ensure precise client/matter information is maintained.
  • Prepare engagement letters, conflict waivers, and ethical screen memoranda for review.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and conflicts counsel to address and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification with relevant experience in a law firm setting.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a US law firm's conflicts department; this is not an entry-level position.
  • At least 2 years of familiarity with professional responsibility and legal ethics rules related to conflicts.
  • Proficiency in Intapp or similar conflicts management software is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while delivering accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive approach with the capacity to adapt to changes in workflow and procedures.
  • Critical thinking and collaborative skills are necessary for effective teamwork.

Compensation: The salary range for this fully remote position is $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience.
