Capital Pump & Equipment Seeks Ambitious Sales Representative

Join our team at CAPITAL PUMP & EQUIPMENT as a seasoned Outside Sales Representative and take your career to the next level. We're seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving business growth through consultative selling and strategic account management.


About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in commercial/industrial/municipal equipment rental and service to drive revenue growth, expand customer bases, and establish strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue by prospecting new accounts, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to promote our product range.
  • Sales Execution: Manage all stages of the sales process, from contract preparation and negotiation to bid submission and project delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive repeat business.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies that showcase our products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial/municipal equipment rental and service.
  • Proven consultative sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
