Job Description:

As the Sales Leadership and Revenue Growth Manager at Minto Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives. This is a dynamic leadership position that requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales objectives and performance targets.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet sales objectives and that price points are fair, realistic, and profitable.
  • Ensure that all sales centers are well-presented and have a strong marketing appeal.
  • Continuously assess opportunities for lot and location premiums to maximize revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Promote the understanding and practice of decision-making consistent with Minto Group's values and brand proposition.
  • Participate in the development and continuous improvement of internal service delivery processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and team management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an asset.
