**Salary and Compensation**

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $100,000-$120,000, depending on factors such as location and experience. **Job Description**

We are seeking ambitious and dynamic Clinical Sales Representatives to promote Stryker's industry-leading point-of-care imaging solutions and execute the company's vision of enhancing the lives of patients and their caregivers.

The primary objective of this position is to drive capital acquisition of SPY technology and foster utilization in partnership with Core Endoscopy Sales Representatives. Target customers include Operating Room personnel, various surgeon specialties, and hospital administrators.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Promoting and selling SPY fluorescence imaging systems' customer base in hospitals to achieve sales goals;
  • Educating and informing doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel about the proper use and maintenance of SPY technology across multiple surgeon specialties;
  • Becoming a clinical expert across all imaging platforms, procedures, industry trends, and competitive landscape;
  • Directing product evaluations in OR and office settings;
  • Developing strong relationships with Core Endoscopy Sales Representatives in assigned regions and demonstrating strong collaboration skills;
  • Maintaining regular communication with Regional Managers to ensure territory progress;
  • Solving product problems for customers in an expeditious manner;
  • Participating in trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings;
  • Assisting in training and development of sales personnel;
  • Selling DermACELL advanced decellularized dermis in hospitals for use in various reconstructive applications.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualities:

  • A proven track record of success in selling medical-related products or services;
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment, preferably gained through previous work experience;
  • Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administration;
  • Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and identify new business opportunities;
  • A minimum education level of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

**Travel Requirements**

This role involves extensive travel, with approximately 20% of time spent on the road. Depending on customer requirements, employees may be required to obtain various vaccinations as an essential function of their role.
