Client Engagement:
Demonstrates excellent listening skills and communicates clearly and professionally through written, telephone, and in-person interactions.

Builds and nurtures strong relationships both internally and externally.

Comprehends the dynamics and requirements of assigned clients.

Acts as the internal advocate for clients, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Prepares proposals and media recommendations as directed, which includes conducting media research, liaising with vendors, gathering options and pricing, and organizing data for management review.

Processes and executes all types of orders efficiently.

Manages multiple deadlines, clients, and project priorities concurrently.

Secures client approvals prior to deadlines.

Creates orders and oversees them through to final billing, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Submits necessary forms for internal requests, providing comprehensive scope details to optimize client deliverables.

Follows up with departments to guarantee that requested deadlines are met.

Assists in preparing presentations for clients as needed.

Manages passwords and reporting for client contracts, ensuring timely and detailed reports as expected by clients.

Sales Responsibilities:
Develops proficiency in selling the services offered by Shaker.

Effectively scopes and closes projects and campaigns.

Creates client-specific strategies to fulfill client expectations.

Identifies opportunities for client growth.

Proficiency in:
Understanding Programmatic, SEM/PPC/Sponsored Content, Social Media, and Creative Services (including branding, campaign development, and support materials), as well as Interactive Services (websites, landing pages, and digital assets) and technology solutions (ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools) to assist in managing client initiatives across core categories.

Establishes credibility and trust with clients and colleagues across all departments.

Oversees workflow and activities among team members.

Media & Vendor Relations:
Participates in all agency media/vendor presentations.

Engages with media and vendors to understand product offerings that align with specific client goals and objectives.

Develops media recommendations and plans based on client scope, including hiring objectives, geography, and budgets.

Delivers and reviews recommendations, making adjustments as necessary to achieve client goals.

Implements media plans, coordinating all assets and media agreements/orders.

Monitors media performance against plans to ensure timely reporting and necessary strategy adjustments.

Project Management:
Maintains logs for client projects.

Acts as a liaison between client management and relevant departments to ensure objectives and timelines are met.

Balances multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
