About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Manager to join our Professional Services team at OpenText. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and processes to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise software industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
