At Netsmart, we're reimagining what Healthcare Technology should be. As a Client Alignment Executive in our Public Sector group, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.

This is a unique Account Management position that combines sales and partnership development. You'll work closely with key clients to understand their needs and develop strategic solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attain annual sales quota for software licenses, maintenance, hosting, solutions, and services for a small number of strategic client relationships.
  • Cultivate executive relationships with C-Level leaders and business counterparts to ensure growth of client relationships and software transformational opportunities.
  • Meet with clients to establish alignment plan parameters, build and nurture relationships, and identify further opportunities.
  • Develop communication strategies and deploy them to share Netsmart's guiding principles, solution offerings, technology, and consulting services.
  • Lead collaboration across sales, professional services, hosting, and operations teams to bring the right resources to the client alignment effort.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years' sales or account management experience with healthcare and/or technology services and solutions.
  • At least 3 years of Account Management experience at the Enterprise level.
  • Demonstrated ability to personally close and/or manage complex technical deals and partnerships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills, including presentations in a sales capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health and Human Services or Post-Acute work experience or Public Sector SaaS.
  • Experience developing, growing, and sustaining revenue relationships with clients.
  • Experience leveraging service-delivery for long-term clients.
