Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs objectives and challenges.
  • Design and propose tailored solutions that address client requirements and deliver measurable business value.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Work closely with sales product development and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process including proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on solution features and benefits.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solutions consulting or similar role.
  • Strong technical background with experience.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and SaaS solutions.
