Bilingual Customer Account Specialist

Overview:
As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will oversee the management of rental accounts, ensuring timely payment collection and efficient service delivery. Your role will involve maintaining strong customer relationships and managing non-renewed accounts effectively. You will be well-versed in rental agreements and possess excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, colleagues, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts on your designated route, ensuring non-renewed percentages meet company standards.
Handle the delivery, retrieval, relocation, and service calls for rented merchandise.
Collect payments during merchandise delivery and from home visits, ensuring the security of funds.
Perform minor repairs on rented units as needed and coordinate major repairs with the service department.
Ensure accuracy and verification of rental agreements prior to delivery.Provide professional and courteous phone support.
Return all merchandise, including accessories, to store inventory.
Assist in relocating merchandise when customers move without notification.
Address customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain the assigned vehicle in good working condition and appearance.
Safeguard inventory during transport, delivery, and collection.
Adhere to the Premier Rental-Purchase Pledge, delivering friendly and professional service.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the back room, personal workspace, and company vehicle.
Respect and properly handle inventory during transport and delivery.
Other Duties:
Assist customers with order forms and verify their accuracy.
Commit to achieving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Support store cleaning efforts.
Collaborate with the Store Manager and supervisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain it.
One year of experience in a customer-facing role is necessary, along with completion of the training program.
Ability to lift and carry loads up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
Required Skills:
Demonstrated precision, accuracy, and coordination in operational tasks.
Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions.
Proficient in reading, writing, and performing arithmetic functions accurately and efficiently.
Strong reasoning skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
Willingness to learn and manage customer and associate interactions.
After training, possess a working knowledge of all inventory products.
Work Environment:
This role involves working in diverse environments, requiring considerable walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
Due to the nature of the position, you will need to develop alternative solutions and manage the pressures of multiple tasks and changes.
Additional hours may be required occasionally.Ability to handle the emotional and mental demands of customer interactions is essential.
Use of a hand truck for merchandise movement is required.
Work is performed in-store, in the field, and in customers' homes, with exposure to various conditions including uneven surfaces and weather variations.
Relationships:
This position requires frequent interaction with customers, team members, and upper management. Occasional contact with external business partners may occur. Effective communication with supervisors, peers, and associates is crucial.
