Bilingual Client Relations Manager

General Overview:
The Bilingual Account Manager is accountable for the effective management of rental accounts to guarantee timely payment collection. This role encompasses the efficient delivery, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise. A comprehensive understanding of rental agreements, product knowledge, and customer service is essential. The position requires prompt handling of accounts that are not renewed, while ensuring clear communication with customers, colleagues, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accounts on the designated route to ensure non-renewed percentages meet company standards.
Oversee the delivery, retrieval, relocation, and service calls related to rented merchandise.
Collect payments during merchandise delivery and home visits, ensuring the security of funds while in the field.
Ensure the upkeep of rented units by performing minor repairs as needed; for major repairs, coordinate with the service department.
Promptly return repaired items to customers.Verify the accuracy of rental agreements before delivery.
Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Return all merchandise, including remotes and manuals, to store inventory.
Assist in relocating merchandise when customers move without notice, including file management for recovery efforts.
Address customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition and appearance.
Safeguard inventory during transport, delivery, and collection.
Adhere to the company’s customer service pledge to provide friendly and professional service.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the back room, personal workspace, and company vehicle.
Handle product respect, transport, storage, and delivery of inventory.
Other tasks, as time allows, include:
Process customer order forms.
Verify customer order submissions.
Commit to achieving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Assist in maintaining store cleanliness.
Support the Store Manager and immediate supervisor in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
A valid driver's license is necessary and must be maintained.
One year of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, along with completion of the training program.
Ability to lift and carry loads up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
Required Skills:
Attention to detail, accuracy, coordination, and familiarity with operational procedures.
Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions.
Proficient in reading, writing, and performing arithmetic functions efficiently.
Strong reasoning skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
Capability to manage customer and associate interactions effectively.
After training, possess a working knowledge of all products in inventory.
Work Environment:
Work is conducted in various settings, requiring considerable walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
Due to the nature of the role, adaptability to changing situations and the ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.
Additional hours outside of regular business hours may occasionally be required.Must be able to handle the emotional and mental demands associated with customer interactions.
Utilization of a hand truck for merchandise movement is required.
Work is typically performed in-store, in the field, and at customer residences.
Fieldwork may involve various conditions, including transporting merchandise across different terrains.
Exposure to diverse weather conditions and environmental factors is expected.Participation in company training sessions may be necessary.
Relationships:
This role necessitates frequent interaction with customers, team members, and upper management. Occasional communication with external business partners may occur. Effective communication with supervisors, peers, and associates is crucial.
