Key Responsibilities:


Manage accounts on your designated route to ensure non-renewed percentages align with company standards.

Ensure timely delivery, retrieval, and service calls for rented merchandise.
Collect payments during merchandise delivery and home visits, ensuring the security of funds.

Maintain the condition of rented units by performing minor repairs and coordinating major repairs with the service department.

Verify rental agreements for accuracy before delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Keep the assigned vehicle in good working order and maintain inventory security during transport.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.

Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workspace and company vehicle.
Assist with customer order forms and verify their accuracy.
Support the Store Manager in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
A valid driver's license is essential, along with one year of customer service experience.
Ability to lift and carry up to seventy-five (75) pounds.

Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Proficient in reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
Ability to make independent decisions and manage customer interactions effectively.
Familiarity with company products after training.

Work Environment:
This role involves working in various environments, including stores, field locations, and customer homes. You will encounter diverse conditions and may need to navigate stairs, uneven surfaces, and varying weather.

Relationships:
Frequent interaction with customers, team members, and management is required. Effective communication skills are essential for success in this position.
