We are seeking a skilled Lead Dryer Vent Installation Specialist to join our team at Dryer Vent Superheroes of Central CT. As a Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of dryer vent systems for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Inspections and Diagnostics: Conduct thorough inspections of dryer vent systems to identify any problems or issues, and diagnose and troubleshoot problems to recommend repairs or replacements.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all services provided and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and protocols when working on dryer vent systems, and ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Dryer Vent Technician or a similar role (carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Skills: Strong mechanical skills, knowledge of HVAC systems, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to lead a team while working with them.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license free of any major violations in the past 3 years, and ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
