Preferred qualifications include over two years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on retaining and expanding accounts. Even if you lack direct B2B or SaaS customer success experience, we value candidates who have excelled in challenging environments, demonstrating resilience and the ability to meet ambitious targets.
