About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Loxone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key account management and sales support
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers and stakeholders
  • Manage and analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the building automation industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in English
