The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to serve as the face of our company, acting as the first point of contact for various stakeholders, including prospects, customers, partners, and vendors. This role involves growing our market share through new customer targeting, outreach, and qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Sales and Marketing leaders to develop prospecting playbooks, targeting key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective companies and key decision-makers to drive business growth.
  • Run multi-channel sales activation playbooks to identify internal stakeholders and key intelligence within target accounts.
  • Create and implement A/B multivariate tests to continuously improve opportunity generation.
  • Report on campaign KPIs, including meetings kept, opportunities created, and opportunities qualified.
  • Manage a dataset of target accounts in our CRM and develop nurturing strategies to keep key decision-makers informed of updates to our platform.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in outbound prospecting in the SaaS, Transportation, or Logistics industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with the MEDDIC sales methodology or similar sales strategies is preferred.
  • Experience with presenting a business solution to small to middle-market or enterprise companies' leadership teams through a consultative sales process is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is strongly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience with a focus on account-based, consultative sales is required.
