We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth, build strong relationships, and take ownership of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive account growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and e-commerce
  • Native German speaker, proficient in English
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Autonomous and takes ownership of work
  • University degree
