About the RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your assigned region. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and pursue sales strategies to find new business opportunities in your region
- Identify and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Convert leads into profitable proposals and contracts that align with our company's goals
- Develop comprehensive account plans to understand prospect needs and priorities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
- Over 5 years of experience in selling Pega technical solutions
- Previous work experience in digital transformation consulting firms
- Able to synthesize complex concepts and customize them for client needs
- Excellent communication skills and empathy to understand customer needs
- Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong technical background (education and/or experience)
- Excellent level of English
