Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at IMA Financial Group. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
