About the Role

As a key member of the Evidence Action team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives across the organization. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our leadership team to design and implement organization-wide initiatives that drive growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of strategic plans and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and ensure successful outcomes
Provide strategic recommendations to inform programmatic decisions and drive organizational growth
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and partners

Requirements

2-4 years of management consulting experience, with a focus on international development or public health
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving successful outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop strategic recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
