Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planner to join our team at OCT Consulting, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expertise in strategic acquisition human capital planning and acquisition workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of strategic plans and initiatives to improve the acquisition workforce management process.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and make recommendations for improved recruitment, hiring, training, and development of the acquisition workforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective succession planning and management processes.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition workforce management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, human capital management, and acquisition workforce management.
  • Project Management certifications and experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and oversee comprehensive strategic plans and implementation processes.
